Instruction & Training services are designed for new or transitioning yacht owners who want to operate their vessel safely and confidently. This service is ideal for owners who need structured guidance, real-world practice, and training that aligns with insurance expectations and responsible ownership.

● Owner familiarization and vessel orientation

● Docking and close-quarters maneuvering

● Safety procedures and emergency response

● Systems walkthroughs and operational best practices

● Decision-making guidance for real-world conditions

*Training is customized to the vessel, owner experience level, and operating environment.

RATES & MINIMUMS

$100 per hour | $500 minimum per engagement

*Training sessions are scheduled in advance and provided under written service agreements.

Instructional Services & Scope

Instructional training is provided separately from operational captain services due to the higher liability associated with hands-on learning. AnchorWatch training emphasizes safety, situational awareness, and responsible vessel operation in controlled conditions.
